Why we built this
ResellRhythm was built out of a real, everyday problem — not a boardroom brainstorm.
Its founder, Matt, runs Bent Ear, a vintage jewelry and curios business based in Sanford, Maine, sourcing from estate sales, flea markets, and local auction houses across New England. Selling vintage and precious metal jewelry means constantly tracking shifting gold, silver, and platinum prices alongside broader market trends — and manually repricing dozens of listings across Etsy, eBay, and Whatnot every single week became unsustainable.
What started as a personal automation script to keep his own vintage jewelry listings competitively priced turned into ResellRhythm: a tool built by a working reseller, for resellers who don't have time to babysit prices all day.
Matt brings a background in program management from prior roles in the tech and consulting industry, but ResellRhythm isn't a corporate product — it's a small business tool built to solve a small business problem, with the technical rigor of someone who has spent years automating e-commerce operations from the inside.
ResellRhythm exists so resellers can spend less time re-checking prices and more time doing what they got into this business for — sourcing, listing, and selling.
